Project: Website re-design & development

Brief: With results that exceeded even Barnsley Council’s expectations, we worked with BMBC to plan, design & develop a unique website for this busy public body.

​With a focus on user experience (UX), user goals and BMBC business objectives, we challenged traditional design conventions to create a beautifully functional website that delivers a crisp, quick and pleasing experience to the busy website user base.

​The project followed a data-driven, heat-mapped process to create an experience that allows users to do exactly what they want within just a few clicks, every time.

​The results of digital adoption thanks to the project output have far exceeded the BMBC “Future Council” targets and we continue to work together to develop a wider experience across the Barnsley community.
